The Amra Porupokari Paribar (APP) a non-governmental organization, is extending its educational assistance initiative “Undergraduate Scholarship Program 2025” by offering a limited number of scholarships to deserving and financially needy undergraduate students. These scholarships are available for students enrolled in public universities, government medical colleges, public engineering and agricultural universities, public science & technology universities, and government colleges under the National University. The program details and eligibility criteria are as follows:

1.      Eligibility Criteria:

•          Applicants must be first- or second-year students (or corresponding semester students) at the respective institution. The scholarship will be awarded for one year, with the potential for renewal based on the student’s academic performance, moral conduct, and continued funding availability.

2.      Scholarship Requirements:

•     The applicant should be financially needy and require assistance to continue their education.
•   Applicants should have achieved a cumulative GPA of 9.5 in their SSC and HSC exams
•            Applicants must maintain a high standard of moral and ethical behaviour.

·         Only first- and second-year students are eligible to apply.

·          The applicant’s most recent academic results must be regular and accepted by APP.

3.      Application Process:

•          Complete the attached form with accurate information. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

          Submit the following documents along with the application:

§   One copy colour photograph.

§   Photocopies of mark sheets and certificates from all previous examinations.

§   Photocopy of the most recent university exam mark sheet.

§   A recommendation letter from the university authority (on the attached form).

§   A recommendation from a reputable individual.

§   Photocopy of National ID.

§   Photocopy of University ID.

§   Any other certificates related to extracurricular activities.

4.      Additional Requirements:

·         All scholarship recipients are required to attend the monthly scholarship distribution program.

5.      Scholarship Distribution:

·         Scholarships will be distributed after receiving monthly academic and moral progress reports.

6.      APP Rights:

·         APP reserves the right to reduce, stop, or cancel the scholarship if the student deviates from the terms and conditions or under other unforeseen circumstances.

7.      Selection Procedure

·         Shortlisted applicants will undergo a written and oral interview as part of the selection process.

8.      Application Deadline:

·         The deadline for submitting applications is November 15, 2025. Late applications will not be accepted.
